For our Trek Bicycle store in Lausanne, we are looking for an experienced person for a date to be agreed: 

Bicycle Mechanic 100% (m/f) 

You have a passion for inspiring cyclists with high-quality products, expert advice and first-class service. Our goal is to motivate our customers to cycle and to offer them an unforgettable experience. 

You manage the workshop and ensure the organisation of daily activities.

Your main tasks: 

• Provide a high level of hospitality to our customers. 
• Ensure the handling, repairs and assembly of new bikes sold and for the store 
• Monitor Trek indicators to ensure a profitable workshop. 
• Ensure ongoing training on appropriate techniques and methods 
• Advise our customers on repairs, service packages and accessories (service advisor) 
• Maintain optimal stock to guarantee fast service to customers 
• Actively motivate and enthuse customers about cycling 
• Participate in the development of service offers and customer loyalty actions 

Your profile is as follows: 

• Passion for cycling and the cycling community.

• Essential experience in the repair and assembly of muscle-powered and electric bikes (CFC, a plus) 

• Several years of experience in the bike trade, especially in a workshop environment
• Team spirit, stress resistance, good communication skills and organisational sense 
• Conscientious, autonomous and service-oriented work 
• Motivation for new challenges 
• Participation in customer and partner events of the store 
• Proficiency in English is an asset
