- You primarily work in our gourmet restaurant VIVANDA.
- Regular days off (Monday and Tuesday - except on holidays)
- Work from the afternoon (continuous service)
Your tasks include, among others:
Professional service to guests
Extensive knowledge of food, drinks, wines, and spirits
Preparation and follow-up work for a professional and efficient service
Anticipating and planning assignments
Adhering to and implementing service standards
Co-responsibility for tidy and clean restaurants
Assignments in all outlets as needed
Qualifications
Ideally, you bring the following:
A completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy
First professional experience in upscale service
You speak German and English
Strong communication skills, resilience, and sense of responsibility
Good knowledge in wine, spirits, and bar science
Very good manners and a well-groomed appearance at all times
The ambition to improve yourself and our establishment a little more every day
