In our production, we make fresh couvertures from high-quality raw materials. We then process and refine the liquid chocolates in our chocolate manufactory into fresh chocolate, pralines, truffles, figures, and much more. Do you want to be part of it? Then come to us.

• You ensure compliance with all quality requirements, hygiene and HACCP guidelines, as well as occupational safety regulations, and conduct regular quality checks
• You optimally use personnel and machine resources, ensure the timely implementation of production programs, and flexibly adjust production orders if necessary
• You conduct weekly inventory and best-before date checks, independently order materials, and monitor their stock levels
• You ensure the proper maintenance, upkeep, and hygiene of all equipment and work devices
• You train new and assigned employees, secure the training and further education of apprentices, team leaders, and employees, including documentation, and professionally develop your deputy
• You build a motivated, efficient, and quality-conscious team and promote continuous development in daily business
• You measure and analyze relevant key figures, communicate them within the team, and proactively initiate corrective measures in case of deviations from targets

• You lead the department in accordance with our leadership guidelines and take responsibility for quality, performance, and team culture
• You act independently, make conscientious decisions, and take responsibility for your actions
• You have a strong sense of quality and responsibility and ensure high standards
