About the job
You work 80-100% in Zug or partially remote
This position offers you
- You are responsible for the further development and implementation of the quality strategy in the agile product development team
- You actively promote a sustainable quality culture in the sense of "Built in Quality" and coach the teams in methods, standards, and best practices
- You define and control quality objectives, KPIs, and quality requirements and ensure their implementation in the development process
- You systematically identify and assess risks (e.g., using FMEA) and derive effective measures for quality assurance
- You accompany the agile development process, conduct targeted reviews, and ensure the quality of relevant artifacts as well as transparent coordination of risks, measures, and process progress with all stakeholders
- In addition, you analyze and improve existing quality and development processes, support internal and external audits, and ensure audit-compliant documentation
You bring the following to the position
- You have a degree in engineering, natural sciences, quality management, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in quality management – preferably from product development – is an advantage; however, we also welcome committed career starters with the appropriate qualifications
- You are confident in dealing with relevant standards and quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
- You bring knowledge or initial practical experience in risk and deviation management as well as in structured problem-solving methods such as FMEA or CAPA
- A strong quality awareness combined with a structured, solution-oriented way of working is one of your strengths
- You convince in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams through strong communication skills; experience in an agile environment is an advantage
- You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written

In close collaboration with product management, development, testing, regulatory, and other stakeholders, you make a significant contribution to a sustainable quality culture. In your role, you act as a coach, challenger, and enabler with the clear goal of efficiently bringing high-quality, safe, and compliant products to market maturity.
