What is my role?

As a Project Manager for Large-Scale Plant Construction, you are responsible for the development, procurement, production, assembly, and commissioning of large-scale plants. You take on project planning, conduct risk analyses, and develop innovative logistics systems and specialised machinery. Your duties also include ensuring compliance with standards, norms, budget requirements, and deadlines. As the contact person for the client, you clarify requirements and technical questions and ensure the achievement of project goals. You prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders and lead your project team with competence and foresight. Willingness to travel is expected.

What do I need to be successful?

For this demanding position, you bring the following qualifications:

• Technical basic training

• Ideally further education to B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering FH, MAS or M.Sc.

• Sound knowledge in the construction, development, and design of machines and large-scale plants

• Good knowledge in cost, quality, and schedule management

• Experience as a project manager in underground construction

• Good 3D-CAD skills

• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong sense of responsibility

• High initiative, structured, precise, and goal-oriented working style

• Independence, resilience, and the ability to handle deadline pressure

• Teamwork skills with good communication abilities

• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional language skills are an advantage)
