Tasks
- Detection and prevention of customer thefts
- Administrative tasks such as: theft investigations, bans from premises, criminal complaints, etc.
- Active communication and information regarding exceptional events and incidents. Reports to the superior authorities
Requirements
- Completed vocational training
- Experience in security service/store surveillance desired
- Strong powers of observation and comprehension
- Assertiveness as well as civil courage
- Physical and mental resilience
- Polite and confident demeanour with high discretion
- Flawless German skills in spoken and written form as well as very good communication skills
- Impeccable character (criminal record extract)
- Flexibility for assignments during store opening hours (including Saturday/Sunday)
- Good MS Office user skills
- Willingness for short-term assignments
- Own car including driving licence
