Deputy Garden House Manager 100 %
Responsibilities
- Deputizing for the branch management
- Taking on administrative tasks in inventory management
- Supporting the branch management in organizing branch operations
- Supporting the branch management in personnel management and planning
- Responsible for the indoor and outdoor container department
- Optional: Responsibility for herbs and vegetables
- Competent advice to customers
- Product presentation and maintenance
- Assistance in other departments
Requirements
- Enjoyment in sales and dealing with customers
- Basic horticultural training with several years of professional experience
- Administrative experience
- Training as a retail specialist is an advantage
- Leadership experience
- Interest in inventory management and branch administration
- Willingness to take on responsibility
- High readiness to work and flexibility
