A reference for over 40 years in outpatient addiction treatment, the Phénix Foundation is a private non-profit institution, recognised as being of public utility and supported by the Confederation as well as the Canton of Geneva. Renowned for the quality of its services, the Foundation is also accredited by the ISFM as a postgraduate training institution in addiction psychiatry and psychotherapy (category B), offering an excellent environment for the development of clinical skills in this field. FMH Psychiatrist 70 to 80%
Your role
You will join an experienced medical team within an outpatient structure specialised in the management of addictions with and without substances.
You will be expected to:
• ensure the psychiatric and psychotherapeutic follow-up of adult patients presenting addictive disorders, often associated with psychiatric comorbidities;
• work within a multidisciplinary team composed of psychiatrists, general practitioners, psychologist-psychotherapists, nurses, social workers and medical assistants;
• participate in weekly clinical meetings and training activities;
• contribute to the development of clinical projects according to your interests;
• carry out, according to your experience and wishes, psychiatric assessments;

Your profile
• FMH specialist doctor in psychiatry and psychotherapy wishing to develop or deepen an activity in addiction psychiatry;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong interest in interdisciplinary work
• Proficiency in French at a minimum C1 level. Additional information
• Start date: 1 November 2026 or to be agreed
• Activity rate: 70 to 80%
• Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract, renewable (possibility of progression depending on profile)
