Main tasks
- Personal and technical management of a bilingual team (German and French).
- Encouragement and support of group members in day-to-day business and in their technical and personal development.
- Responsibility for cross-sectional supervision of asset management activities and product supervision (investment funds).
- Conducting supervision based on specific themes and priority topics.
- Coordination of collaboration with cross-sectional areas and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Development of supervisory instruments taking into account developments at national and international levels.
Required profile
- University degree in law or economics.
- At least eight years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector, especially in asset management, and in personnel management.
- Specialised continuing education (e.g. CFA, FRM, CAIA or diploma as a certified accountant) is an advantage.
- Strong skills in design, analysis and communication.
- Ability to understand quickly, plan and organise; strong initiative and motivation.
- Excellent knowledge of German or French (C2) and very good knowledge of the other language and English (C1).
