Represented in Romandy and German-speaking Switzerland, Centre Patronal is a company serving businesses and the private sector. It offers services particularly in the areas of social insurance, occupational pension provision, legal and economic advice, as well as training.
As part of the further development of its activities, Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon AG, a company in the field of Human Resources Management and pension fund administration.
To strengthen our team in the area of labour and social security law in Bern, we are looking for a committed individual as a Lawyer (m/f).
Your tasks
- Handling matters in the field of labour law as well as related legal areas
- (including social insurance, data protection, or immigration law)
- Advising our clients on labour law issues (in writing and orally)
- Designing and conducting further training and seminars
- Writing legal specialist articles and other professional content
- Active participation and continuous development of our legal services and our online platform
Your profile
- Completed law degree from a Swiss university (MLaw or lic. iur.), bar admission or additional qualifications are an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in labour law, ideally complemented by knowledge in related legal areas
- Experience in advising companies is an advantage
- Enjoyment in conveying legal content, ideally experience in conducting further training or seminars
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
- Team-oriented, proactive and open personality
- Interest in digital topics as well as strong editorial skills
