Your field of activity

• You take over appointment coordination, assist in the consultation and provide competent telephone advice for our patients. In addition, you carry out the necessary administrative tasks with the utmost care and precision
• You place great value on close cooperation with our doctors, as well as on active exchange with the referring secretariats, outpatient clinics and various practices
• Through your committed participation in change processes and team development, you shape your field of activity to be varied and future-oriented
• You appreciate working in a practice operation at the locations Lucerne and Sursee and benefit from the excellent connection to the LUKS

Your experience

• You have completed medical training, ideally as a Health Specialist EFZ or Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
• With your sound IT knowledge, your structured way of working and your eagerness to learn, you bring ideal prerequisites for this position
• Your friendly and customer-oriented personality, your pronounced service awareness and your reliability particularly distinguish you. Several years of professional experience is an advantage
• You appreciate teamwork, are resilient, balanced and are committed to your profession with great enthusiasm and dedication
