Specialist for People with Cognitive Impairments

Who are we?
We create living spaces for people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments and support affected individuals in leading a meaningful life for them.
The residential group HH2 currently offers space for 10 clients with cognitive impairments. The residential offer at Zentrum am See is aimed at adults with complex cognitive impairments and a need for regular to intensive support and care.
At our locations in Münsterlingen, Tägerwilen, Kreuzlingen, Frauenfeld, Bürglen and Güttingen, we offer a variety of opportunities for living and working. This includes around 170 residential places – from intensive living to supported living – as well as diverse workplaces in the nursery, production, carpentry, facility maintenance, administration and various studios. Services are provided, orders from external companies are processed, and various own products are manufactured. In this way, we create individual solutions for different life situations and needs.
