Polymechanic CNC Cylindrical Grinding with Process Optimisation

• Set up, program and operate Studer S31 and S41 CNC cylindrical grinding machines
• Grind individual parts and small series with high quality standards
• Select and set up clamping devices, grinding wheels and process parameters
• Ensure dimensional accuracy including form and positional tolerances according to drawing
• Optimise grinding processes regarding cycle time, surface finish and tool life

• Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ Manufacturing or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in CNC cylindrical grinding, preferably on Studer S31/S41
• Independent and precise working style with a focus on quality
• Team-oriented, reliable and motivated personality
