Job Description

Promoting and embedding a Safety-First Culture as well as supporting continuous improvement in the areas of health, safety, and environment
Analysing, further developing, and implementing improvements in the existing quality management
Documenting and monitoring quality process workflows
Identifying, controlling, and planning systematic quality cases
Leading a quality taskforce for extensive quality cases
Coordinating certifications, conducting audits, and introducing new certifications
Supporting internal departments in complying with quality guidelines and handling cross-departmental quality cases
Creating analyses, reports, reportings, and presentations

Qualifications

Technical basic training (e.g. polymechanic or similar)
Experience in quality management, HSE, and certifications, ideally in industry or production
Further training in quality management (QM auditor, certifications such as IATF / ISO 9001/14001 are advantageous)
Empathetic, communicative personality with a strong focus on quality and customer orientation
Analytical, solution-oriented, and team-capable working style
Professional and disciplinary leadership of 2 team members
Very good German and English skills
