The Foundation is looking for

Your mission

• Ensure the exercise of visitation rights by supporting and accompanying the minor and the parent(s)
• Welcome the minor and each concerned parent by guaranteeing the safety of the reception premises and offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Promote, in full respect of the legal and regulatory framework, the development of relationships towards autonomy in linking
• Conduct interviews by adapting interventions
• Explain your actions and report in writing by communicating the necessary elements to management for exchanges between management, authorities and clients
• Report to management all situations hindering the proper development of the minor
• Participate in the analysis of complex situations and the development of appropriate and evolving actions
• Proactively manage the flow of requests and anticipate the management of the final stages of the Meeting Point service

Your profile

• Training as a social educator, psychologist, or equivalent qualification
• Proven professional experience in intervention, support and conducting interviews with families in difficulty
• Ability to understand and manage complex situations, resolve conflicts and negotiate
• Ability to organise your work autonomously
• Interest and aptitude for writing reports and summary documents
• Capacity to develop reflective practice on your professional activities
• Agile personality with a collaborative spirit, appreciating teamwork and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong emotional stability and ability to maintain distance
• Flexibility required for irregular hours during day, evening and weekends
