For our location in Lucerne, we are looking for a position starting 1 June 2026 or by arrangement:
YOUR MISSION
- Advising employees of our client companies on operational, personal, health, financial, and reintegration-related issues
- Regular case administration and ensuring seamless case documentation
- Supporting team leadership and client management as needed
- The main location is Lucerne. Deployments at other locations are possible if required.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Degree in Social Work or Psychology (FH or University) is mandatory
- Broad, several years of consulting experience, preferably in systemic settings
- High resilience – ability to act analytically even under pressure
- Openness and flexibility towards change
- Independent and precise working style with good work organisation
- Fluent English skills are mandatory; any additional foreign language is an advantage
- Knowledge and further training in mediation, coaching, team interventions are advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of social insurance matters is an advantage
