The faculty HR service of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Lausanne is advertising a position for:
Academic Contracts Manager
Position Information
Start date: 01.01.2027 or to be agreed
Contract duration: indefinite
Work rate: 80%
Workplace: Lausanne-Dorigny
Your Activities
You are responsible for the administrative management of the entire lifecycle of all staff (professorial body, intermediate staff and PAT) in your assigned sector within the Faculty of Arts.
You provide support (strategic and operational) to project managers, unit heads and the Dean for the administrative management of positions.
For any questions related to HR administrative management, you are the contact person for the staff in your assigned sector within the Faculty of Arts.
You implement the solutions defined by the Academic Planning Commission within the available budgets.
You contribute to the development of internal HR processes within the Faculty of Arts.
Your Profile
-
- Holder of a HES diploma relevant to the role (or equivalent training) and ideally the Federal HR Specialist Certificate.
- 6-8 years’ experience in administrative human resources management.
- Knowledge of the academic world and its specific needs is a real asset.
- Interpersonal skills, active listening and ease in communication both written and oral. Diplomacy, sense of rigour and organisation. Team spirit.
- Very good analytical and synthesis skills and ability to make proposals.
- Sense of public service and professional ethics.
