What should you bring?
- Completed vocational training as a Surface Coater EFZ
- Relevant professional experience in surface technology / electroplating
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Independent, reliable and quality-conscious personality
- Ability to identify and actively implement improvement potentials

- Monitoring of ongoing product quality and initiation of corrective measures
- Participation in major maintenance work on electroplating systems
- Ensuring timely processing of complex customer parts
- Active participation in the continuous improvement process
- Support in the training of apprentices
