You are at home in the construction industry, bring negotiation skills, and convince with your passion for construction topics as well as pronounced customer orientation.
Your tasks
- You assess building applications formally and materially from the perspective of civil engineering using standards, laws, and regulations and ensure the internal consultation process.
- You grant concessions for the use of public land.
- You are the contact person for building law questions and concerns.
- You actively participate in projects and working groups and occasionally take over the management of smaller subprojects.
- You prepare mutations and easement contracts.
- The management and operation of applications such as GemDat are your responsibility.
Your profile
- You have basic training and further education in the construction field (structural or civil engineering draftsman, construction manager, construction administrator, or similar).
- You have extensive knowledge of construction, planning, or administrative law and bring technical construction understanding.
- You are a communicative personality with a confident appearance and negotiation skills.
- Your working style is characterized by diligence as well as strong customer and service orientation.
- Networked thinking comes easily to you and you approach your tasks solution- and goal-oriented.
- You bring initiative and work successfully both independently and in a team.
