- You ensure smooth daily operations as well as professional and efficient event processes
- You lead, coach, and support your motivated team in a targeted and appreciative manner
- You consistently implement the HACCP guidelines and organize training sessions for quality assurance
- You work closely with the Hospitality & Service management team and actively participate in exciting projects
What you bring with you
- A basic gastronomic education EFZ as well as higher vocational training at tertiary level, complemented by leadership training and experience in managing larger teams
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office, common systems) as well as confident German language skills; additional languages are a plus
- A flexible, communicative, and solution-oriented personality with strong customer focus, coaching skills, and visionary thinking
- An independent, responsible way of working and the ability to quickly adapt to new situations
