To support the opening and development of ASTRIA in Geneva, we are looking for professional, elegant and passionate individuals capable of combining aesthetic expertise, quality of service and genuine commercial sense. YOUR MISSIONS

Reception & client experience

• Welcome a premium clientele with elegance, discretion and kindness
• Create a genuine relationship of trust with each client
• Ensure an impeccable ASTRIA experience before, during and after each appointment
• Ensure follow-up and client loyalty

Consultation & advice

• Participate in personalised consultations
• Identify the needs, expectations and goals of each client
• Present the various solutions and technologies offered by ASTRIA
• Build and recommend personalised journeys
• Clearly explain the treatments, their objectives, procedures and prices
• Answer questions and support the client in her decision-making

Treatments

• Perform the non-invasive aesthetic treatments offered by ASTRIA
• Use the centre’s technologies and equipment according to established protocols
• Maintain a constant level of excellence in treatment execution
• Strictly respect hygiene, safety and confidentiality protocols

Commercial development

• Develop and retain your client portfolio
• Convert consultations into treatments and personalised journeys
• Appropriately propose complementary treatments when they genuinely meet the client’s needs
• Ensure follow-up of journeys and encourage continuity of care
• Contribute to achieving the centre’s commercial objectives
• Actively contribute to ASTRIA’s turnover and development
• Be comfortable selling high-value treatments and journeys

Important: at ASTRIA, sales are based on advice, expertise and relevant recommendations. We do not seek an aggressive commercial approach, but people able to create value for the client while naturally developing the centre’s activity.

Commercial experience in selling high-value treatments, cures or aesthetic journeys is a real asset.

Mastery of aesthetic technologies is appreciated, but personality, commercial sense, ability to advise and willingness to learn are essential.
