Their products significantly contribute to energy efficiency in industry and transport and enable the sustainable production and transport of renewable energies. At the Lenzburg site, the client operates a state-of-the-art Industry 4.0 standard manufacturing facility and offers exciting challenges for technically skilled professionals. Job Description

• Independent fault finding, troubleshooting and repairs on highly automated production systems (2nd level support)
• Time- and condition-based maintenance, servicing and inspection of systems and their components
• Calibration of systems as well as conducting quality controls of production processes
• Optimisation of systems, robotics and process workflows in close collaboration with the engineering team
• Ensuring comprehensive documentation of work to guarantee consistently high production quality

We expect

• Completed vocational training EFZ as Automation Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician or Automation Technician
• Experience in maintenance or automation technology
• Sound knowledge of control technology, pneumatics and robot programming (certified training in robotics is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of standard software (MS Office) and experience with ERP and MES systems
• High problem-solving skills and structured approach to system faults, even under stress and tight deadlines
• Independent and proactive working style with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively at various competence levels
• Willingness for continuous development and training
• Willingness to work in continuous 4-shift operation (including Saturday & Sunday)
• Very good German skills (at least C1), English skills (B1)
