To strengthen our Facilities & Services department at SICPA, we are looking for a:
Maintenance Technician
General mission
The Maintenance Technician independently and proactively ensures the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and monitoring of the technical infrastructures at the Florissant site, including notably the installations serving the laboratories, the Data Center and the general site infrastructures. They are responsible for the technical installations from their production to their distribution or connection point to user equipment, in compliance with safety rules, standards and current regulations.
Technical areas concerned:
Electricity
- Production and electrical distribution of the site.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical installations up to the connection point.
- Intervention according to required skills and authorisations.
Sanitary and heating
- Production and distribution of heat and water.
- Maintenance of networks, pumps, valves and associated installations.
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of installations.
Production and distribution of cooling
- Production of cooling and associated installations.
- Networks and distribution circuits.
- Pumps, valves and peripheral equipment.
- Monitoring of operating parameters and troubleshooting.
Ventilation
- Operation and maintenance of ventilation and air extraction installations.
- Ventilation of premises, notably laboratories and technical areas.
- Monitoring of flow rates, temperatures, pressures and operating parameters.
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of installations.
Compressed air
- Production and distribution of compressed air.
- Maintenance of compressors and distribution networks.
- Monitoring of installations and detection of anomalies or leaks.
Automation and supervision
- Operation and monitoring of automation and supervision systems of technical infrastructures.
- Monitoring of alarms and installation parameters.
- Diagnosis of faults and interventions within the limits of skills and authorisations.
Autonomy and organisation
The Maintenance Technician works autonomously and organises their daily activity according to priorities, urgencies and site needs.
They ensure the follow-up of interventions, identify anomalies and propose appropriate solutions. They collaborate with external companies or specialists when the necessary skills exceed their scope of intervention.
On-call service
Participation in the on-call service about once a month, when the team is at full strength, to ensure the continuity of operation of the technical infrastructures of the three sites: Florissant, Campus and Bussigny.
Main responsibility
The Maintenance Technician directly contributes to the availability, reliability, safety and sustainability of the technical infrastructures, within their field of expertise and up to the distribution or connection points.
