Job Description
As a Process Engineer (m/f/div.) in the Accessories area for the oscillating multi-tool with a focus on manufacturing processes, you take responsibility for the supervision and ensuring the functionality of various systems and processes. As deputy to the production planner, you support various topics and projects. You are the link and contact person for technical matters of the systems and processes assigned to you in production (MSE 3).
As a Process Engineer (m/f/div.), you are responsible for the technical support of the production equipment and conduct manufacturing trials. Developing improvement potentials is part of your duties.
Your tasks essentially include:
- Standardising and further developing processes are your responsibility
- You support new start-ups
- As a problem solver, you develop processes and procedures further
- Daily support of the production team is among your responsibilities
- You are responsible for compliance with 5S standards as well as training team leaders, operators, and other mechanics
- Assisting with projects to reduce costs (labour ratio, process times, auxiliary materials) rounds off your area of responsibility
Qualifications
- Education: Technical basic training (e.g. polymechanic / automation technician / automotive mechanic (m/f/div.)) ideally with further training to technician HF / FH / university level
- Personality and working style: Solution-oriented, communicative, and team-capable personality with an independent and structured working style and a flair for improvement potentials
- Experience and know-how: Experience in production technology is an advantage
- Languages: Good communication and expression skills in German; English skills are a plus
