Job Description
- Goal-oriented and project-appropriate preparation and execution of construction sites
- Adherence to deadlines and quality requirements of the clients
- Economic deployment planning of personnel, equipment and materials
- Independent and responsible management of the construction site and site personnel
- Electronic reporting
- Contributing to occupational safety and implementing SUVA guidelines and occupational safety regulations

- Several years of experience as a foreman (m/f/d)
- Experience in inner-city road and civil engineering or in the construction of complex infrastructure projects
- Independent, committed and reliable working style
- Cooperative manner and enjoyment of teamwork
- Hands-on mentality and high flexibility as well as ability to learn complete your profile
- As a team player, you share your knowledge and enjoy working interdisciplinarily with other trades
- You are able to act flexibly and quickly and deliver excellent performance under pressure
- Driving licence B and M1 training
We expect
You are responsible for the professional and timely coordination of the construction processes of your road and civil engineering projects. In addition, you report daily and in detail on the construction progress, working and machine hours as well as any measurements to your supervisor and lead your team on site.- Completed training as a foreman, with performance certificate as construction foreman
- Strength in practical organisation and management of construction sites
- Ability for entrepreneurial thinking and independent, cost-conscious action
- High motivation to lead employees
- Broad expertise in road construction and a high degree of reliability
- Skill in dealing with clients and site management
- Existing IT know-how and enthusiasm for digital construction
