Health Centres for the Elderly

From 1 December 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for committed staff for the Health Centre for the Elderly Entlisberg. You will work with older people with a wide range of health conditions. The work is varied, demanding and above all: meaningful and immediately effective.
Tasks
- You treat residents based on medical diagnoses and independently conduct individual and group therapies.
- You assess the individual situation holistically, define therapy goals and plan appropriate physiotherapeutic interventions.
- You collect findings, document therapy progress and write professional reports.
- You work closely with doctors, nursing staff, occupational therapy and activation.
- You actively contribute your physiotherapeutic perspective in interprofessional reports and specialist meetings, help shape your specialist area and contribute your ideas to modern and effective therapy.
Profile
- Independent, structured and responsible working style as well as clear and appreciative communication
- Qualification as a physiotherapist FH or corresponding SRK recognition for a foreign diploma
- Experience in geriatrics is an advantage – equally important is your interest and openness to working with older people as well as interest in geriatric and gerontopsychiatric issues
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as confident use of digital work tools
- Enjoyment of working with other professional groups and willingness to occasionally work at different locations

The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 85,228 to CHF 113,882 (100%) depending on experience.
