Deputy Plant Manager Team Leader 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a committed individual to take on the following tasks:

• Operation, control and setup of production equipment for the manufacture of high-quality products

• Rapid resolution of minor faults to minimise downtime

• Coordination, guidance and support of team members to successfully meet daily production challenges

• Participation in the optimisation and simplification of packaging processes for efficient resource use

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic EFZ training in the food or technical sector and experience in a production environment

• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for production equipment

• Enjoyment in developing and supporting employees in daily work, initial leadership experience an advantage

• Willingness to work shifts (2-shift model, Monday to Friday and some Saturdays)
