To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual for our Payroll and Financial Accounting 80%.

In this role, you will be responsible for the payroll accounting of our company as well as the financial accounting of our subsidiaries and foundations. With your expertise and eye for quality, you ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal control systems, and high standards. At the same time, you actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our payroll and financial processes, thus making an important contribution to the company’s success. • Independent execution of the monthly payroll processing
• Settlement and changes of social insurances and withholding tax via ELM
• Managing selected financial accounts (general and subsidiary ledgers)
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to OR
• Participation in the dunning and debt collection process as well as in payment transactions and accounts payable accounting
• Active design and further development of payroll and financial processes
• Development and documentation of existing processes

• You have a commercial basic education with further training in the financial sector (e.g. federal diploma in finance and accounting) or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in financial or payroll accounting as well as very good knowledge of the other area, ideally in a corporate environment or a larger SME
• Confident handling of Abacus, especially in financial and payroll accounting
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
• High personal responsibility as well as a careful, structured and independent working style
