You will
- support the executive management member for private and business clients in organisational and administrative tasks
- coordinate and organise appointments, meetings, workshops and events
- create and prepare presentations, reports, management documents and minutes of various meetings and workshops
- administer the intranet for the private and business clients area as well as take on diverse coordination and project tasks.
- develop and further improve various reports, documentation and statistics
- take process responsibility for complaints and handle them
- monitor orders and pending tasks
You bring
- commercial basic training as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in an assistant role
- fluent German and French skills in spoken and written form
- organisational talent, a structured way of working, strong initiative as well as the ability to think ahead and anticipate the next steps
- discretion, reliability, temporal and local flexibility and a high sense of responsibility
- strong communication skills, teamwork and customer orientation
- good knowledge of and interest in the use of AI in everyday work
