Introduction

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the children welcomed, ensuring their well-being and safety.
• Lead educational reflections to guarantee the quality of care.
• Establish a relationship of trust with parents, colleagues, and management.

Qualifications

• Recognised diploma as an Educator or Socio-educational Assistant.
• Strong interest in working with school-age children.
• Several years of experience in a similar position is an advantage.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and creativity.
• Reliability, sense of responsibility, spirit of mutual aid and collaboration.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to manage complex situations calmly and professionally.
