Skills
- Fluent in Swiss German, German, and French; Italian is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in banking.
- Strong computer skills are essential.

Starting Monday, 01.09.2025 and Wednesday, 01.10.2025, we are looking for you for a customer in the banking sector at our service center in Fribourg - we look forward to your application.
- Receiving customer inquiries by phone
- Identifying customers
- Finding solutions for customer inquiries
- Advising customers in e-banking
- Executing card blocks at customer request
- You understand and speak Swiss German
- You conduct telephone consultations in German and French
- Additional language Italian is welcome
- You enjoy dealing with customers
- Experience in customer service and the banking sector is an advantage
- Good PC skills are a requirement
- A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required for employment
- You are looking for a hybrid working model, where you can mostly work from home
