Precision, modern manufacturing technologies and high-quality products are the focus of this position. You will work on modern 4- and 5-axis CNC milling centres, manufacture demanding workpieces in small and medium series, and contribute decisively to product quality with your reliable way of working.
Polymechanic CNC Milling (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Processing of small and medium series on modern CNC milling machines
- Setting up 4- and 5-axis CNC milling centres
- Processing the workpieces according to specified CNC programmes
- Deburring the manufactured parts during machine runtime
- Carrying out quality controls and measurements
- Documenting the test and measurement results
- Ensuring a smooth production process
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or comparable training in the field of CNC manufacturing
- Professional experience in handling CNC milling centres
- Knowledge of Siemens controls is an advantage
- Willingness for regular 3-shift operation
- Independent, precise and efficient way of working
- Team-oriented, reliable and responsible personality
- High quality awareness and technical understanding
