Specialist in General Medicine in Practice (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF180,000 - 230,000Role:
In this role, as a specialist in general medicine, you will take comprehensive care of a diverse patient collective in a modern, fully digitally organised practice focusing on efficient and compassionate medicine. You will work interdisciplinarily with specialist colleagues from internal medicine, gynaecology, and diabetology, utilising a contemporary infrastructure including digital X-ray, ultrasound, and an in-house laboratory. You will be responsible for an independent, patient-oriented working style with a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to continuously develop your medical expertise. The position also offers attractive conditions with structured training opportunities and a remuneration model based on performance and responsibility. Here, you will shape medicine that is not anonymous but allows room for personal impact, professional exchange, and your own ideas.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will care for your patients as the first point of contact for all general medical issues.
- You will independently conduct consultations and ensure high-quality, evidence-based medical care.
- As a specialist in general medicine, you will accompany people long-term, consider their life situations, and promote a trusting doctor-patient relationship.
- You will utilise the advantages of a modern, fully digitalised practice infrastructure for efficient diagnostics, documentation, and communication.
- In this role, you will work closely with the practice team to ensure a smooth, patient-oriented workflow in daily practice.
Qualifications:
- You hold the specialist title in General Internal Medicine FMH or are close to obtaining it.
- You wish to work in a flexible workload between 40-100%.
- You are open to part-time or full-time employment.
- You enjoy working in a team and value interdisciplinary collaboration.
- You demonstrate a high level of empathy in dealing with patients.
- You act independently, responsibly, and in a structured manner in daily practice.
