You will take responsibility for the entire recruiting process in a dynamic environment around Datacentre Operations, Construction, Sales, IT and technical functions.

Your focus is clearly on operational implementation and quality in the process.

You work closely with hiring managers, structure and actively lead the process, ensuring that we decide quickly, professionally and on a sound basis.

Your area of responsibility

• Independent management of the end-to-end recruiting process
• Active screening and qualifying of applications
• Conducting structured interviews (including preparation with the specialist departments)
• Close cooperation with hiring managers – you provide structure and keep the process on track
• Ensuring a clear candidate journey – this is very important to us
• Consistent use and maintenance of our ATS (Rexx)
• Proactive approach by using LinkedIn Recruiter to contact candidates for selected roles

Your skills

• Several years of experience in recruiting, especially in the area of highly sought-after positions
• Strong hands-on mentality and high flexibility
• Ability to manage several vacancies simultaneously without losing overview or focus
• Confident handling of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Very good German skills as well as at least good English skills
• Excellent communication skills and confident appearance in exchange with various specialist departments
• High social competence and a fine sense in dealing with candidates
• Structured, reliable and independent working style
• Ability to conduct job interviews professionally while creating a pleasant, appreciative conversational atmosphere
