Heating Service Technician (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 95,000Role:
As a Heating Service Technician, you ensure the reliable operation of various heating systems. You independently carry out service, maintenance, and repair work, resolve faults, and competently support our customers directly on site.
Responsibilities:
Independent execution of service, maintenance, and repair work on heating systems such as oil, gas, district heating, and heat pump systems
Analysis and rectification of faults as well as carrying out maintenance work
Implementation of minor adjustments and extensions to existing heating systems
Competent advice and support of customers on site
Participation in the on-call service according to deployment planning
Close cooperation with the service team as well as colleagues from the heating and sanitary departments
Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as a heating installer EFZ, heating mechanic EFZ or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the heating or service sector is an advantage
Knowledge of modern heating systems, especially heat pumps and control technology, is desirable
Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
Teamwork skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Driving licence category B is mandatory
Good German language skills, spoken and written
