Key Account Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You manage and develop important existing customers with a focus on medium to large customers in technical, qualitative and commercial terms
- You identify new potential customers in known and new markets and develop viable business models from them.
- You lead demanding customer projects and special tasks at home and abroad, from finding solutions to submitting offers to contract fulfillment
- You coordinate complaints, technical clarifications and cross-departmental agreements in close cooperation with engineering, quality and production
- You analyze trends and competitors, establish partnerships in low-cost countries and bring impulses for the further development of the sales concept
- You contribute to forecasting, cash collection, CRM maintenance and the operational implementation of country-specific sales strategies
Your profile
- You have a solid technical or business-related education (e.g. technician HF, industrial engineer or technically skilled merchant)
- You have at least five years of professional experience in an industrial environment (printed circuit boards, electronics or engineering) — ideally with an international focus
- You bring proven experience in project management and matrix organizations — combined with a confident and trustworthy appearance with customers
- You have very good English skills in spoken and written form, including technical terminology of electronics — additional languages are a plus
- You communicate clearly, solution-oriented and on equal footing — both with customers and internally within the team
- You convince through initiative, technical curiosity, negotiation skills as well as endurance and flexibility in international sales daily business
