Service Technician (Security Systems) 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are our all-rounder in service: You look after and maintain security systems on site at the customer. You are the direct link between our company and our customers – with a hands-on mentality and technical sensitivity.

• Carrying out service, maintenance and upkeep work on security systems EMA and BMA

• Error analysis, fault rectification and system optimisation on site

• Commissioning of extensions, updates and modernisations

• Preparation of service reports, documentation and ensuring system availability

• Customer contact: advice, instruction, handover

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training (e.g. automation technician, electrician, building IT specialist)

• Experience in service or maintenance of EMA and BMA

• Independent and customer-oriented working style

• Mobility and flexibility – occasional assignments at the customer outside usual office hours possible

• Driving licence category B
