About the job
Our sixth form shapes the future. Join us in shaping it.
Our sixth form is in an exciting phase of development. Since August 2026, we have been working with an expanded school leadership team, consisting of four stage leaders who are close to the teaching process and at the same time take on leadership responsibilities.
Together, we have also launched the Future Project 2035. Our goal is to develop a modern, future-oriented sixth form model that meets the needs of tomorrow’s young people. This model will also form the basis for the further development of our school facilities.
For this exciting journey, we are looking for a personality as of 1 February 2027 or by arrangement as

Your responsibilities:
Together with your leadership team, you are responsible for our sixth form with around 40 teachers.

- represent the concerns of the sixth form within the whole school and to stakeholders
- actively contribute to the further development of our school
What you bring.
- Enjoyment in supporting, accompanying and developing people
- Experience in leadership roles in the education sector
- Strong communication skills and high social competence
- The ability to develop sustainable solutions
- An open, innovative and willing-to-learn attitude
- Resilience and a clear view of priorities
- A completed school leadership qualification
What to expect:
- A school in motion with plenty of scope for design
- A committed and experienced team
- Collegial collaboration within a modern understanding of leadership
- A supportive and development-oriented school authority
