Project Management Needs Analysis and Offer Development for Vocational Integration (60-70%)

What you can achieve with us

• You build a project for needs analysis and offer development in vocational integration with your expertise in IV measures and take responsibility for its planning, control and implementation.
• You systematically analyse the needs in the area of vocational integration and compare them with the existing offer. This applies both to the existing range and to regional provision.
• You use internal data and existing knowledge purposefully and integrate these into the project work.
• You ensure the connection to ongoing projects with interfaces to the project.
• You derive fields of action from the needs analysis and, together with the project team, develop proposals for adjustments and innovations of measures.
• You formulate the relevant questions and prepare reports and the necessary decision-making bases.
• You ensure clear, empathetic and structured communication with internal and external project partners.

Which skills are important to us

• You have a degree in psychology, nursing, social sciences or social work and bring experience in a comparable role.
• You have in-depth expertise in IV measures and social insurance law basics and have a good understanding of the connections between mental health, work ability and vocational integration.
• You are familiar with common project management methods and can apply them appropriately to the situation.
• You are characterised by a high level of cooperation and service orientation in an interdisciplinary and inter-institutional environment.
• You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented.
• We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so good active knowledge of the other language is desired.
