Carpenter EFZ 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Our client is looking for a Carpenter EFZ who produces customised customer orders, from interior furniture fittings and kitchens to general carpentry work

• You assist with installations and ensure that all work is carried out professionally

• You work closely with apprentices and share your expertise in the daily workflow

• You supervise carpenter apprentices EFZ/EBA, student interns as well as trial apprentices

• You contribute your own ideas and help to further develop workflows and projects

• You appreciate the varied work between workshop, installation tasks and training duties

What do I need to be successful?

• Our client is looking for someone with a completed apprenticeship as a Carpenter EFZ

• You hold a category B driving licence

• You work independently, organised and find practical solutions

• You enjoy precise and careful carpentry work

• You are a team player, reliable and bring a good mood

• You have a flair for dealing with people and want to support young people in challenging phases of life

• You bring patience and empathy and know how to inspire young people and promote their development
