• Personal consultation of clients
• Management of up to 30 nursing staff
• Office tasks such as care planning or writing prescriptions and organizing aids
• Personal contact with involved relatives, doctors, health insurance companies, public services and clinics
• Support in recruitment (conducting interviews)

• Certified nurse (HF/FH) or equivalent training or recognition from the SRK
• Efficient, independent and speedy way of working
• High communication skills with all stakeholders and very good German skills
• Doer type with organizational talent and strong assertiveness
• Driver's license category B

• Exciting, versatile task in healthcare with opportunities for design and plenty of freedom for your own initiative
• Regular working hours from Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm)
• Own company car including fuel card, which you can take home
