Role:
Our partner is a leading Swiss technology and outsourcing group with a strong international presence. To strengthen the Group Finance team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an analytical, IFRS-proficient individual. In this key role, you will work closely with the Head of Global Financial Reporting, support the monthly and annual consolidation process according to IFRS, drive finance transformations and AI-supported process automations, and support international business units.

Responsibilities:
In your central group accounting role, you support the monthly, quarterly and annual group financial statement and consolidation process according to IFRS.
You prepare, review and analyse the consolidated annual financial statements and group reporting.
You drive the automation, standardisation and optimisation of reporting and closing processes.
You work on the Group Internal Control System (ICS) and advise international business units on IFRS accounting issues.
You contribute to finance transformation projects, IFRS implementations as well as M&A and treasury topics.
Qualifications:
Completed studies in accounting & finance or comparable qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA or auditing experience advantageous).
At least 3 years of professional experience in group accounting, financial reporting or auditing (preferably Big Four background).
Solid practical knowledge of IFRS and experience with consolidation tools (Lucanet, SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA advantageous).
High affinity for digital systems, AI tools and Excel as well as fluent German and English skills.
Clean debt enforcement and criminal record extracts.
