Our Labor & Employment Law Practice operates nationally and internationally in all relevant areas of labor and social security law. Our practice group advises companies and private individuals on all questions related to labor law and social security. We accompany national and international projects, restructurings, and compliance initiatives and offer practical, legally secure solutions for complex challenges. Exciting and diverse mandates await you from day one.
Your main tasks
- You provide our clients with comprehensive advice on all questions of labor and social security law as well as on contractual and corporate law matters
- You work closely with our auditors, management consultants, and tax experts both in Switzerland and internationally and ensure smooth coordination between clients, the involved EY departments, and external partners
- Bern is basically your primary workplace, with home office being part of everyday life and other EY locations also possible as workplaces
What we are looking for
- Completed studies in law; study or work experience abroad is an advantage
- Ideally, first practical experience in labor and/or social security law, in a law firm, consulting company, or legal department. Applications from motivated career starters are welcome
- As an international company, we require very good German and English skills. French or Italian are of course very welcome as additional languages
