About the job
The company Recycling Energie AG owns the largest biogas plant in Switzerland and supplies 5,000 households with eco-electricity from delivered food scraps from gastronomy businesses as well as food waste from retail. The entire company has been operated CO2-neutral from day one. To strengthen our team, we are looking for the following by agreement:Technical Employee / Plant Operator Biogas Plant (100%) These are some of your future tasks:
- You secure, control, and supervise the plants on-site as well as remotely from home
- You get hands-on when our head of technical maintenance needs you to "tinker".
- You support the company management with assigned project work
- You take over the operational daily scheduling. This includes the core areas:
- You have a mechanical/technical professional background and/or are skilled and eager to learn in craftsmanship.
- Training as a farmer / agricultural machinery mechanic, electrician, or similar
- You master IT systems as confidently as a wrench
- Willingness to work irregular hours.
- You are enthusiastic, experienced in life and work, resilient, and communicative.
- Driver's license for a car.
