Excitement - Your Activity
- Assisting with the processing of IT inquiries, incidents and service requests
- Support and management of client systems with Microsoft Intune
- Installation and configuration of Windows workstations
- Installation and management of printers, tablets, mobile phones, multimedia systems and cash register systems
- Management of user accounts, groups and permissions in Entra ID and Active Directory (AD)
- Support in the area of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange and SharePoint)
Energy - Your Ability
- Training in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification
- Experience in IT support
- Broad-based IT expertise (Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Active Directory and Microsoft Teams)
- Independent, solution-oriented working style as well as enjoyment in contact with people
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
