Polymechanic Cylindrical Grinding 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for setting up, operating and monitoring CNC cylindrical grinding machines for the production of series and prototype parts

• Carrying out measurement, testing and documentation work on rotating components in compliance with specified quality standards

• Error analysis and troubleshooting on machines as well as performing maintenance and service work according to defined guidelines

• Processing series and prototype parts using a honing machine as well as producing threads with the thread rolling machine

• Deburring components according to the work documentation while observing all processes, procedural regulations and occupational safety requirements

• Active participation in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes as well as ensuring order and cleanliness at the workplace

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ or production mechanic EFZ

• Several years of experience in the field of machining, ideally with knowledge of FANUC CNC programming

• Strong technical understanding combined with precise manual skills

• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, at least at level B2

• Flexibility for occasional work in a 2-shift system

• Independent, precise and team-oriented working style with a strong quality awareness
