Your tasks

• You pamper our guests with fresh and regional dishes
• Preparation of dishes at various stations
• Mise-en-place for daily operations
• Incoming goods inspection
• Daily cleaning tasks including compliance and monitoring of kitchen hygiene

Your profile

• Completed training as a cook and experience in a similar or equivalent position
• You enjoy cooking regional and fresh products
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional evening shifts
• Independent and responsible working style
• Keeping an overview in stressful situations
• Resilience, team player, and quick comprehension
• Enjoy experiencing a winter season in the Grisons mountains
