Who we are looking for
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Client Service function in Switzerland. This is a Vice President-level role responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving continuous improvement across our client servicing model.
The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to our clients and internal stakeholders, with strong leadership skills and the ability to build, mentor and motivate a high-performing team.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As a Head of Client Service, you will:
- Lead the Swiss Client Service team, providing direction, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Act as the senior escalation point for client matters, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proactive communication.
- Develop and maintain strong senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Partner with Relationship Management, Operations, Product, and other internal teams to deliver seamless service across the client lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss regulatory standards and internal governance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and client experience.
- Represent Client Service in senior forums, client governance meetings, and industry events.
- Provide management reporting on client satisfaction, key metrics, and risk trends.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- University degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in client service, relationship management, or operations within financial services.
- Fluency in English; German and/or French strongly preferred.
- Prior experience working in a global financial institution, with exposure to Swiss clients, is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of managing senior institutional client relationships, preferably within asset servicing, custody, or related financial services.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment operations, and regulatory requirements in Switzerland.
