About the job
Are you looking for an exciting and responsible role in a meaningful environment? To strengthen our 20-member HR team, we are looking for a committed and competent personality to start immediately or by arrangement. In this role, you will independently manage two centers within the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
Tasks
- Comprehensive and professional support and advice for managers and employees on personnel-related issues
- As an HR sparring partner, you support managers in their leadership work and actively contribute your expertise
- You clarify labor law questions and ensure compliance with HR processes, regulations, and guidelines
- Together with the line, you take over the recruitment of specialists and managers
- You contribute to the implementation of the personnel strategy and actively shape modern HR work
Profile
- Completed qualified HR training and several years of professional experience in operational personnel management or a comparable position
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law
- Interest in healthcare and shaping modern HR work
- Solution-oriented, responsible, and independent working style
- Empathetic, communicative, and assertive personality with a good dose of composure and humor
