Your Role
To strengthen our Institutional Clients department, we are looking for a committed individual as a Client Service Executive for our team in Zurich. In this role, you are the backbone for our Senior Relationship Managers and guarantee excellent service for our institutional partners.
Your Tasks
- Support of Senior Client Advisors for institutional clients through independent management of complex client concerns
- Independent processing of various types of client enquiries (by phone and email) including preparation of product presentations, reports as well as management of client onboarding and ongoing client support
- Management of daily business (stock exchange transactions, settlements or payments) with the aim of continuously questioning and making processes more efficient
- Support of marketing activities including physical and digital client events
- Internal coordination and collaboration with various departments and administrative support of the team
- Active driving role in internal projects for digitalisation and identification of optimisation potentials as well as contributing new ideas to increase client satisfaction
Your Profile
- Completed commercial banking training including an economics-related degree at a university of applied sciences or university
- At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in a bank; experience in asset management or a family office is also possible (sales support an advantage)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage
- Team player with independent, precise and reliable working style as well as quick comprehension
- Networked thinking personality who not only completes tasks but understands contexts and produces solutions
- Confident and professional appearance towards clients and colleagues
- Above-average sense of responsibility as well as high motivation, commitment and resilience
- Fluent German skills and good English skills; knowledge of French is an advantage
